I HAD to two-fold my sales results the next twelve months, if I stood a chance at receiving the award and promised to myself that I would do so. Instead of scoffing that day, I stopped at my hotel room and began preparing. Have confidence in yourself and after that plan to accomplish it!

Determination

I was up early the next morning and go back to the office by 8.30am, I could not wait to begin with. Not only did I now have a very good simple transparent plan to follow, I was committed. I wrote my target every day over the next twelve months and by talking affirmed it.

Possess a 'CAN DO' attitude

It really has been mentioned that the most significant word in the English language is attitude and I was decided on maintain a positive mental attitude all the time.

Constantly better your skills

I realised that the day you give up learning is definitely the day you are finished in the aggressive world of realty sales, so I always paid attention to good training material within my car and I read for Half an hour each day.

For your next year or so I had laser light like target my aims that were 12 listings and TEN sales a month. It's interesting, I have found that as you try to win, you as well begin to have lots of fun.

All of this lead me to get an average of 11 sales per month and then finally I was presented the trophy the next year at the award celebration, with over double the gross professional service fees that I had brought into the office the previous year.

Brian Tracy states "If its going to be, it's up to me!" Believe you can do it, commit, contain a very good attitude and better your knowledge every single day. If you do this with absolute focus, the results will arrive, then the excitement should come, and before you know it, you will see a tick in the box near to your goal.
